Salary: $15 - $16 per hour DOE

NEW HIRE SIGN ON BONUS:

AVAILABLE PROGRAM POSITIONS:

RESIDENTIAL, Day Support & Community Engagement:$15.00 - $16.00/Hour (Depending on shift and experience)

Available shifts:

• 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri &Every other weekend
• 3pm - 9 pmMon-Fri &Every other weekend
• 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am Mon-Fri &Every other weekend
• 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am Mon-Fri &Every other weekend

Typical Day:

• Responsible for assisting with the physical care, guidance, and supervision of Intellectually Disabled individuals in the Day support, Residential setting, and Community.
• Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes;
• Helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan;
• Insures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met;
• Assist individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills;
• Complete data collection in accord with person centered plan;
• Responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Have a high school diploma, or GED, or 2 years of documented experience working with a family member, a friend, or other persons with intellectual disabilities in a nursing home, facility, group home or in home setting.
• This position requires the successful completion of criminal history and central registry background investigations
• Valid Driver's License
