What We Need:

Ready to lead a market and make an impact Were looking for a Market President who can bring together great people strong strategy and a relentless focus on this role youll lead the markets overall strategy and performance develop and inspire teams drive sales and revenue strengthen key customer relationships and identify opportunities to grow the business. Youll have the opportunity to make decisions that directly influence the success of the market while representing iHeartMedia in the local community. What Youll Do:

• Develop and manage key partnerships with current and potential clients that grow revenue across iHeartMedia platforms (e.g. Broadcast radio Podcasts iHeartRadio Premiere Live Events etc.)
• Work directly with area CEOs and CMOs to create marketing strategies
• Build relationships within the community with local governments local media charitable organizations and industry boards to create sales opportunities and build ties
• Attend highest profile account presentations; provide coaching and leadership to more junior sales members
• Execute market specific plans to drive sales growth by leveraging company-wide initiatives and assets
• Support national sales strategies
• Work on corporate initiatives to support company-wide growth and adapt into market specific strategies
• Provide leadership and oversight for direct reports including coaching and developing talent
• Drive results through team and hold them accountable to business goals
• P&L ownership for local markets; balance growing sales revenue with operational efficiency to maximize profitability and deliver on goals
• Foster an inclusive and high-performance culture with high ethical standards
• Provide visible leadership and communications to the market

What Youll Need:

• Proven business leadership and management experience with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
• Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales organizations and building long-term customer relationships
• Strong business acumen with an understanding of industry trends revenue drivers and long-term strategy
• Entrepreneurial results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex initiatives
• Ability to make timely data-driven business and people decisions including in challenging situations
• Proven ability to develop talent drive team performance and foster a collaborative high-performing culture
• Exceptional communication presentation and influencing skills across all levels including senior leadership
• Ability to balance local market priorities with broader organizational goals
• Commitment to creating an inclusive environment where diverse perspectives collaboration and new ideas are encouraged
