Caring Transitions of Cleveland Western Suburbs helps seniors and families through life's transitions, including downsizing, relocating, estate cleanouts, and online estate sales. We're looking for dependable, compassionate team members who want flexible part-time work while making a real difference in our community.

This position is ideal for retirees, stay-at-home parents, caregivers, students, semi-retired professionals, or anyone looking for approximately 20 hours per week with a schedule that offers variety and flexibility.

No experience is required. We provide paid training and support every step of the way.

What You'll Do

As a Caring Transitions Team Member, you'll work with a team to assist clients with a variety of services, including:

• Packing and unpacking household belongings during relocations
• Sorting and organizing household items for keeping, selling, donating, or disposal
• Taking photographs of items for online estate auctions
• Researching, staging, and preparing items for sale
• Assisting with estate sale and auction pickup events
• Loading donation items, trash, and recyclables for removal
• Moving boxes, household items, and small furniture within homes
• Preparing, shipping, and delivering auction purchases
• Working directly with clients and their families with professionalism and compassion
• Other duties as assigned. Every project is unique!

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Smartphone for scheduling, timekeeping, and communication apps
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a variety of home environments

Schedule & Availability

• Part-time position averaging approximately 20 hours per week
• Daytime weekday hours with occasional special project opportunities
• Flexible scheduling based on project needs and your availability
• Hours may vary from week to week, but we strive to provide consistent opportunities for team members
