This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

• CPM $0.68 - $0.72 Per Mile
• Detention Pay $15.00 Per Hour
• Drop/Hook Pay $15.00 Per Stop
• Holiday Pay $200.00 Per Day
• New Hire Training $20.00 Per Hour
• Outsource Rate $400.00 Per Day
• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour
• Stop Pay $30.00 Per Stop
