About the Role:

Guru Dental Group LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our growing team in Bridgeville, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of our practice and play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience from the very first hello.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner

Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using dental practice management software

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries

Verify dental insurance benefits and process claims accurately

Collect and post patient payments, co-pays, and balances

Maintain and update accurate patient records and medical histories

Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily office operations

Requirements:

Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental office setting preferred

Familiarity with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)

Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first attitude

Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in basic computer skills including scheduling and data entry

High school diploma or equivalent required
