Nurse Practitioner - OB/GYN

Overview An opportunity exists in the Department of OB/GYN for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. The Department of OB/GYN works in outpatient clinic locations in the metropolitan Phoenix area. The outpatient clinic locations qualify for the NHSC Loan Repayment Program. There is a current opening for a full-time position. The position would include employment through District Medical Group Inc. (DMG), a multi-specialty group with 400+ providers exclusively contracted to provide patient care and teaching within the Valleywise Health System. Responsibilities Well-woman care New OB patient evaluations Routine prenatal care Postpartum care Qualifications Arizona NP license Strong interpersonal skills Outstanding work ethic Previous clinical experience Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred About DMG and the Role DMG is a not-for-profit faculty practice plan owned and operated by physicians who represent all the major medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties.
