• Coordinate and maintain monthly nursing schedules for licensed nurses and CNAs

• Assist with ensuring adequate staffing levels and finding replacements for call-outs

• Help ensure schedules meet corporate, state, and federal staffing requirements

• Provide administrative support to the Nursing Department

• Answer phones, greet visitors, assist residents and families, and relay communications

• Assist with administrative transfers and discharges

• Maintain and organize nursing department records and documentation

• Assist with scheduling, job assignments, and staffing-related reports

• Communicate schedule changes and staffing needs to nursing leadership and team members

• Run errands and assist with obtaining supplies when needed

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

• Previous experience with staffing and scheduling licensed nurses and CNAs preferred

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent related work experience

• Current/active CPR certification

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to navigate internet and intranet systems

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism

• Strong customer service skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

• Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership at all levels

• Strong teamwork skills and a commitment to supporting facility goals
