Pack-Out Lead

Green Garden Products, a subsidiary of Central Garden & Pet, is now seeking a Pack‑Out Lead for the Lockbourne, Ohio facility. This is a full‑time position. Key Duties and Responsibilities Train, coach and develop the Pack‑Out team. Confirm that the production lines are supplied with raw‑materials to meet production needs. Measure production and give feedback to the team. Fill in as needed for breaks, absences or assistance. Clean and maintain a safe work area. Operate a forklift safely. Perform other duties as required. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Previous production/packing experience preferred. Effective and clear communication with all levels within the facility. Ability to manage priorities and adapt to changes in workflow. Strong team player. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Able to bend, stretch, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Work is conducted in a warehouse environment with temperature changes depending on the season.
