No option for 4 days a week. 2 locations - Zanesville (Genesis Outpatient Rehab) and Coshocton (Genesis Coshocton Medical Center) Training and initial orientation Adult Physical Therapy - experience with outpatient physical therapy focusing on orthopedics, general medical/ surgical and neurological diagnoses. Specialty services offered in these 2 clinics include: concussion management, vestibular, lymphedema, pelvic control therapy, and dry needling. EMR - EPIC Additional Information:Per updated BSA on 6.26.25 Facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours per 13 week contract. These hours are not limited to 12 hour shifts and will be marked on the facility time report ***Please Note -Your Agency s contract to your traveler MUST mirror the confirmation page. If your agency does not comply with this standard, your agency will be at risk of being removed from the Genesis Healthcare vendor set. No exceptions! Start Date Must be Identical.
