The Role As a Senior Project Manager (SPM), you will: Own assigned projects valued at $5M–$50M from Detailed Design (Stage 2) through Project Delivery (Stage 3). Lead subcontractors and internal teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and on budget. Execute with a design/build mindset, ensuring facility construction and specialized equipment integration are seamlessly delivered. Drive budgets, schedules, subcontractor agreements, and bills of material with precision. Serve as the on‑site leader and main point of accountability during execution. Mentor and guide Assistant Project Managers and Project Administrators. Ensure polished, professional communication with clients and inspire confidence through every stage of delivery. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of progressive project management experience in industrial, mechanical, or construction projects. Proven track record managing $5M–$50M design/build projects. Strong technical aptitude in mechanical/electrical systems and equipment integration. Skilled in managing subcontractors, contracts, safety, and compliance on industrial job sites. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Construction Management required. PMP or PMI certification preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, SharePoint/OneDrive; experience with Procore a plus.
