Food Service Aide
Concordia at SpiriTrust - Gettysburg (formerly SpiriTrust Lutheran) is looking for a part-time Food Service Aide to join our team! If you enjoy serving, working with people, and being part of a supportive, team-centered environment, this is a great opportunity.
As a Food Service Aide, you will have the responsibility to serve quality food to our residents.
What You'll Do as a Food Service Aide:
- Assist with preparation, cooking, and baking
- Waiting tables, taking orders and washing dishes
- Keeping your work area clean and sanitary at all times
The Food Service Aide job is an entry-level position (You will be paid while being trained.) Competitive 2026 wages starting at $15.00/hour and going up to $16.05/hour based on experience.
We have part-time and full-time positions available - If you enjoy helping others then this is the perfect job for you!
Food Service Aide Qualifications:
- Table service skills
- Waitress experience helpful but not required
- Team player
- Reliable and flexible schedule
- ServSafe certification a plus!
