About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, External Wholesaler to join their team. The successful candidate will be the primary external sales representative for investment solutions in the Midwest region, with a focus on raising capital for investment funds through various intermediary channels. This role requires the development, maintenance, and expansion of relationships with alternative investment-focused advisors and key centers of influence. The Vice President will also be responsible for partnering with product specialists, investment professionals, and marketing resources to deliver highly consultative, content-driven sales engagement, as well as executing territory business plans to drive advisor engagement and achieve asset-raising goals. Applicants must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 7-9 years of financial industry experience, with a significant background in alternative investment sales. The role demands a high level of expertise in investment strategies, private credit markets, alternative investments, and industry trends. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential, as is the willingness to travel extensively throughout the Midwest territory to support advisor relationships and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and dynamic professional with a proven track record in the financial services industry.
