Requirements drive-in only Work Details: · Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: varies · Patients per day: 20-30 as a collective service · Patient Population/Age: all ages · Department Description: Closed ICU. Admissions need to be accepted by the intensivist on duty · EMR: Cerner · Hospital Bed size: 270 beds · Special Procedures/Unit Details: Admit strictly does hospital admissions Swing also does admissions Nights do admissions/cross covers there are 2 docs on from 6p-6a each night. During the hours 6p -6a the Swing physician and night doc also cross cover the patients that are in the hospital with the exception of ICU. · Extra info - Admit is 6a-6p strictly does hospital admissions Swing 4p-4a also does admissions Nights 6p-6a does admissions/cross covers there are 2 docs on from 6p-6a each night. During the hours 6p -6a the Swing physician and night doc also cross cover the patients that are in the hospital with the exception of ICU. Early Swing is 10a-10p Practice Setting: • Hospital Requirements: · Board Certification: must be BE or BC in Internal or Family Medicine · License Required: AZ license required or IMLC LOQ in hand · DEA: required · Certifications Preferred: · Certifications Required: ACLS · Minimum Experience Required: 2 years Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks Shift Info: Night 5x8-Hour 19:00 - 07:00
