**Your Impactful Role:**

As a CAD Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the accuracy of our facility's CAD database. Your contributions will directly support the Plant Manager and various business units, ensuring that our documentation meets the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:

- Serving as the dedicated on-site CAD resource, present 4–5 days per week.
- Partnering with the Plant Manager to assess facility conditions and update CAD documentation.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure documentation aligns with current field conditions.
- Coordinating with internal and external partners to confirm record conditions.
- Managing a well-organized digital database of as-built files.

**What We're Looking For:**

We're searching for candidates who are not only skilled in AutoCAD but also possess strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. The ideal candidate will have:

- 3+ years of AutoCAD experience (Revit experience is a plus).
- A background in Architecture, Interior Design, or Drafting Technology.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to work independently on-site with minimal oversight.
