The Lutheran Home Hearthstone Assisted Living in Arlington Heights is hiring a PRN CNA. $21.00/hour, based on experience. Pick up 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shifts on a flexible, as-needed basis.

Hearthstone is the assisted living community at The Lutheran Home in Arlington Heights. As a CNA here, you'll provide hands-on personal care and build real relationships with the residents you support.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on personal care to residents
• Assist with nurse-delegated tasks such as recording vital signs and operating mechanical lifts
• Support residents with daily activities and personal routines
• Build meaningful relationships with residents through consistent, attentive care

What you'll need

Required:

• Active Illinois CNA certification
• At least 16 years old

Preferred:

• Prior experience in assisted living or long-term care

Schedule
PRN, flexible coverage picking up 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m. shifts , minimum one weekend shift per month.
