• Leading daily fabrication and welding operations to keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Driving continuous improvement by finding smarter, better ways to work.
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing a hardworking team while creating a culture of accountability and success.
• Managing resources, equipment, workflow, and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Championing quality, safety, and craftsmanship in everything we do.
• Partnering with estimating, project management, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional results for our customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience leading fabrication and/or welding operations
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing people
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of production scheduling, workflow management, and shop operations
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience driving efficiency
• Commitment to safety, quality, and doing things the right way
