We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, and professional PA-licensed Nail Technician who are eager to grow their careers in a supportive, purpose-driven environment. If you love building meaningful client relationships, delivering high-quality services, and working in a calm, respectful setting, this role is for you. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for skincare and enjoys creating relaxing, confidence-boosting experiences that leave clients feeling refreshed and care for.

What You'll Do (But Not Limited To):

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive salon experience
• Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle considerations
• Provide a variety of esthetician services while maintaining high standards of quality and care
• Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, consistency, and exceptional service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with state regulations

• Uphold a polished appearance and represents the Ciao Bella brand with pride and professionalism
• Educate clients on services, maintenance, and product recommendations to enhance results
• Assist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as needed
• Provide and maintain your own professional tools and supplies
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continue growing your craft

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Nail Technician License or Pennsylvania Cosmetology License
• Flexible availability
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of skincare, safety, and sanitation practices

In this role, you will greet clients warmly, conduct service consultations, and provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail care services. You will maintain strict sanitation and safety standards, keep your workspace organized and professional, and ensure each client feels comfortable and cared for. You will also supply and maintain your own tools and products, assist with basic register and software tasks, and educate clients on nail and skincare products when appropriate. Staying current with nail trends and best practices is encouraged to continually enhance the client experience.

Schedules are determined during the interview process, (weeknights not required ), and the typical workday is 9am to 3pm
