People First: Develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff members Competitive Pay: $17.00/hr Flexible Schedule: Part-time, rotating biweekly schedule: Every other Saturday & Sunday 6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.; alternating week includes 3–4 weekday evening shifts (2:30 p.m.–10:30 p.m., Monday–Friday depending on rotation Supportive Team: We value our DSP's as much as our residents Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours Additional Perks: Paid training and double-time pay for all hours worked on company-recognized holidays What You’ll Do: Support residents with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, meal prep, etc. Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful living environment Monitor and report changes in behavior or health Help with transportation to appointments or activities Collaborate with healthcare staff and team members to deliver holistic care What You Need to Bring: Age 21 or older Valid driver’s license and insurance Experience in a medical, caregiving, or healthcare setting preferred, but not required Dependable, detail-oriented, and compassionate mindset Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
