Senior Staff Clinical Evaluation Specialist (Remote)

Stryker seeks a Senior Staff Clinical Evaluation Specialist to lead clinical evidence strategies and scientific documentation for surgical technologies. This remote role (Eastern/Central time zones) partners with regulatory, clinical, and commercial teams to support product development, regulatory submissions, and market access decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of clinical evidence strategies for new products and lifecycle management
- Manage clinical evaluation projects ensuring alignment with regulatory strategy and commercialization objectives
- Author clinical evaluations, post-market reports, safety summaries, and regulatory submission documentation
- Design and execute systematic literature reviews, synthesizing clinical and post-market data into conclusions
- Develop scientific communications including manuscripts, abstracts, presentations, and evidence materials
Requirements
- Master's degree in health, clinical, biological, biomedical science, or related field
- Minimum 6 years in clinical affairs, regulatory affairs, quality, medical writing, or medical device functions
- Minimum 2 years authoring clinical evaluations for medical devices
- Experience conducting literature reviews, evidence synthesis, and scientific data analysis
- Experience supporting regulatory submissions in healthcare industry
- Fluency in English
- Preferred: Doctoral degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) in health or science discipline
Compensation: $110,100 - $238,400 USD Annual (based on pay band)
