Job Title: Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate (Weekly Pay!) Overview

Looking for a hands-on role where no two days are the same? Join our growing team as a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate and get paid weekly while building valuable skills across warehouse operations, logistics, and customer service.

In this role, you’ll work in a clean, climate-controlled environment while learning every aspect of the business—from inventory and shipping to customer deliveries and on-site service work. • Receive incoming shipments, unload trucks safely, and verify materials against documentation
• Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Stage and load outgoing shipments while following schedules and procedures
• Ride along with the service lead to deliver products and learn delivery routes
• Assist with on-site air filter deliveries and change-outs at customer locations
• Safely handle materials, including carrying items up/down stairs and through different building layouts
• Follow all safety protocols in the warehouse and in the field
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and company vehicles
• Collaborate with teammates to keep operations running smoothly
• Participate in cross-training across all areas of the business

• Experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse operations
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory
• Ability to lift and carry materials and stay active throughout the day
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn, be coached, and take on new responsibilities
• Team-first attitude and ability to work in a small, collaborative environment

• Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (no weekends!)
• Work takes place in a 10,000 sq. ft. climate-controlled warehouse and at customer locations
• Combination of warehouse tasks and fieldwork (deliveries, service calls)
• Casual, practical dress code: closed-toe shoes, work pants, and T-shirt

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
