Construction Laborer

We are hiring Construction Laborers to support a large-scale, active construction project in Lebanon, IN . This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced construction professionals, and build a career in the construction industry.

Job Overview

• Assist with concrete work, site preparation, and general labor duties.

• Support project teams by helping keep the jobsite organized, safe, and on schedule.

• Work outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with concrete pours using wheelbarrows and come-alongs.

• Help with foundation work and concrete cleanup.

• Remove concrete forms and construction materials safely.

• Perform general site cleanup and maintain an organized work area.

• Move, install, and remove jobsite signage as directed.

• Follow all jobsite safety procedures and wear required PPE.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day.

• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.

• Previous construction experience is a plus but not required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
