\nWith a strong team of dedicated providers spanning Primary Care, Emergency Medicine, and Family Medicine Residents, the organization has built a robust referral base to support Urology specialists and ensure strong patient volume.\n
Compensation & Benefits \n

• 3- or 5-year agreement with competitive salary and quarterly work RVU incentive
\n
• Signing bonus and annual commitment payment starting year two
\n
• Paid on-call duties: 10 days or less per month
\n
