Maintenance Director

Regular inspections of the facility for safety, upkeep, appearance and equipment performance. Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules. Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs. Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards. Must have the ability to be “on-call” for emergency situations. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service. Moderate level trade skills required: plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC Ability to prioritize, multi-task / stay on task and maintain focus in stressful situations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
