Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and needs.
• Design and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the specific circumstances of individuals, families, and groups facing diverse mental health issues.
• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities that address addiction and mental health concerns.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care, supporting clients’ overall health and recovery.
• Advocate for clients, connecting them with community resources and support systems that enhance their access to care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within electronic health record systems.
• Participate actively in team meetings and continuing education programs to remain current with clinical practices and improve your therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals undergoing detoxification and those dealing with substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and related complexities. Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing clinical social work services, preferably in a mental health or addiction treatment setting.
• Exceptional skills in conducting diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
