Operations & Logistics Coordinator (CDMX)

Figure es una empresa de robótica e IA que desarrolla robots humanoides autónomos de uso general. El objetivo de la empresa es lanzar robots humanoides con inteligencia de nivel humano. Sus robots están diseñados para ejecutar una gran variedad de tareas en los mercados residencial y comercial. Figure tiene sede en San José, California, y está estableciendo su primera unidad de operaciones de datos en la Ciudad de México.
Como Operations & Logistics Coordinator (Coordinador/a de Operaciones y Logística), eres el responsable de la logística interna de nuestra unidad de Ciudad de México: recepción, organización y distribución de equipos y materiales de la empresa para el equipo. Serás una de las primeras contrataciones en México, diseñando y operando el flujo desde cero y manteniendo todo rastreado y en el lugar correcto.
Esta es una posición de tiempo completo y presencial, en nuestra unidad de Ciudad de México.
- Liderar la recepción: verificar entregas contra pedidos y documentación y gestionar discrepancias.
- Diseñar y operar la organización del almacenamiento: layout, identificación y estándares de manejo de materiales y equipos.
- Gestionar la distribución interna: entregar equipos y materiales a los equipos y gestionar devoluciones.
- Mantener registros precisos de recepción, almacenamiento y distribución, alimentando el proceso de gestión de activos.
- Gestionar transportistas, proveedores y el equipo de facilities en el agendamiento de entregas y acceso a la unidad.
- Construir el playbook (manual de procesos) de la logística interna, incluyendo procesos, controles y layouts, conforme el volumen escala.
- 4+ años en logística, coordinación de almacén, recepción o distribución interna, con responsabilidad por un flujo o área.
- Sólida organización y atención al detalle; cómodo con planillas y registros de inventario.
- Capacidad de diseñar procesos, y no solo ejecutarlos, en un entorno dinámico.
- Inglés a nivel profesional (los SOPs y la coordinación involucran equipos en EE. UU.)
- Experiencia con sistemas de inventario o WMS (sistema de gestión de almacén).
- Experiencia en operaciones que involucren manejo de equipos o hardware.
- Experiencia montando un nuevo almacén o flujo de distribución.
- Salario base: $33,000 MXN a $43,000 MXN
