Responsibilities: Dispatch daily runs to ensure on-time deliveries Provide accurate and timely updates to customers Coordinate logistics with internal teams and clients Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns Communicate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams to track shipment status Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email Locate and expedite delayed, misrouted, missing, or damaged shipments
