About the Position

Allserv, Inc. is hiring an experienced Tractor Operator to support our grounds‑maintenance contract at Naval Air Station Pensacola . This role performs large‑scale mowing, material transport, grading, and site maintenance using wheel‑mounted tractors and attached implements with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate wheel‑mounted tractors and attachments (finish mower, brush hog, box blade, trailer, spreader, sprayer, etc.).
• Perform large‑area mowing , clearing, grading, and material movement across assigned zones.
• Tow and maneuver trailers and equipment safely on base roads and work areas.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections , basic maintenance, and report issues promptly.
• Follow NAS Pensacola safety procedures , environmental rules, and base access requirements.
• Maintain safe distances from personnel, vehicles, structures, and flight‑line‑adjacent areas.
• Assist crew leads with site tasks when equipment operation is not required.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of experience operating tractors or similar equipment (commercial, agricultural, or municipal).
• Ability to safely operate tractors with multiple attachments .
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license and ability to meet base access requirements .
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather - extreme heat, humidity, rain, cold, wind.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable and professional
• Authorized to work in the United States
