Clinical Specialist Pelvic Health - Albany, NY

Medtronic seeks a Clinical Specialist for its Pelvic Health division in Albany, NY to provide surgical support, clinical education, and ongoing customer service for neuromodulation therapies. Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and procedural support during surgical cases, including device setup and troubleshooting
- Educate physicians, hospital staff, and office personnel on product features and clinical applications
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers by identifying needs and delivering support
- Maintain expertise in product portfolios, therapies, and competitive technologies
- Support account objectives and business growth through collaboration with sales and field teams
Requirements
- High school diploma plus 8 years clinical experience, or associate degree plus 6 years, or bachelor's degree plus 4 years
- Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
- Experience with implantable neuromodulation products preferred
- Background in medical device, urology, surgery, nursing, or operating room settings preferred
