Procurement Coordinator

Aladdin Biochem Deutschland GmbH is the German subsidiary of the internationally active Aladdin Scientific Group. We provide high-end research reagents, with a focus on chemical research reagents, for laboratories, research institutions, universities, and R&D customers. For our site in Büren, Germany, we are looking for a full-time Procurement Coordinator to support local procurement activities in Germany and Europe. The main responsibilities include supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order preparation, order follow-up, delivery tracking, procurement documentation, and supplier communication. The Procurement Coordinator will support the procurement of local goods and services, including warehouse supplies, packaging materials, office supplies, equipment, service providers, and other operational needs. This role works closely with the warehouse, operations, finance, and headquarters supply chain teams to ensure that procurement requests are handled efficiently and delivery timelines are properly followed up. Salary: €3,200–€4,300 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Working hours are Monday to Friday during daytime, 40 hours per week. This is an on-site position in Büren, Germany. Skills Required Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain coordination, supplier management, logistics coordination, or administrative purchasing support is preferred. Ability to search for suppliers, request quotations, compare prices, prepare purchase orders, and follow up on delivery schedules. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain procurement records, supplier information, order documents, and related internal files. Basic cost awareness, delivery follow-up ability, and supplier communication skills. Experience with procurement systems, ERP systems, or inventory management systems is an advantage. German language skills at least B1; higher proficiency is preferred. Basic English communication skills are required. Chinese language skills are a plus. A reliable, structured, and team-oriented working style is expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr
