Field Process Engineer - Water Treatment

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing on-site technical and operational expertise in the design, development, installation, and commissioning of industrial process and wastewater treatment systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and equipment issues.
• Conduct site surveys and support installation planning.
• Lead maintenance and calibration of tools and test equipment.
• Train customers and junior technicians on system operations.
• Document site activities and system performance.
• Travel to domestic and international project sites (up to 85%)

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, process piping, and electrical systems.
• PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens).
• Project leadership or management experience.
• Comfortable working with low-voltage systems (24VDC to 480VAC).

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience with specified equipment.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, process piping, and electrical systems.
• PLC programming experience (Allen Bradley, Siemens).
