Leave & Disability Benefits Specialist
Chubb European Group Ltd.
Chubb European Group Ltd. in Michigan seeks a Benefits Specialist to manage leave and disability claims across FMLA, STD, ADA accommodations, and Return to Work coordination.
You will evaluate requests, coordinate with employees, medical professionals, and HR, maintain precise case records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and help returning employees resume work safely.
