Physical Therapist (Home Health) in Connecticut. This position requires providing outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on orthopedic surgery, musculoskeletal conditions, and neurological rehabilitation. Candidates must possess a Connecticut State Physical Therapy license and bring their license on the first day of work. The job involves working day shifts starting mid-June 2026.

Job Details:

• Required Qualifications:
  Licensure: CT State Physical Therapy license. Degree: Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Experience: 2 years in outpatient physical therapy with experience related to orthopedic surgery, chronic & acute musculoskeletal skeletal conditions, and neuro conditions. Location: Connecticut.
• Schedule: Shift hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, working days include Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Tuesday/Thursday (9:30 AM - 6:00 PM). Minimum hours per week: 40.0.
• Additional Information: The outpatient physical therapy department is located in a busy hospital setting and focuses on orthopedic, musculoskeletal, and neurological patient care.
