We carry thousands of mall and luxury brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We aim to make fashion more sustainable by giving life to gently used clothes that aren't being worn anymore. We're looking for part-time Sales Associates & Fashion Buyers with at least 13 hours of availability each week. Our store culture is a positive and encouraging workplace with a strong emphasis on creating an excellent customer experience.

Sales Associate

Minimum Age: 18 yrs. old (16-17 may be possible by review) Starting Pay Range: $10-12/hr - Opportunities for promotion & raises! Part-time up to 35 hrs/wk Enjoy employee discount, flexible scheduling, and comfortable dress code where you can express your own style!

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Organize racks, merchandise clothing, tag and process product
• Ring out customers on the register and teach them how to sell to us
• Help make posts on our social media pages
• Assisting customers on the sales floor, in the dressing room and at the register
• Assisting with displays and housekeeping

Requirements:

• Team player with good people skills. Personable and pleasant.
• Ability to display a high level of energy without the need for motivation.
• Reliable and dependable with excellent work ethic

Fashion Buyer

Minimum Age: 18 yrs. old Part-time up to 35 hrs/wk Enjoy employee discount, flexible scheduling, and comfortable dress code where you can express your own style!

Responsibilities:

• Everything above in addition to
• Sort through incoming clothing to determine condition, style, on-trend, and sellable
• Select and price gently-used styles for our customers
• Merchandise clothing
• Explain to customers what we can purchase and how buying process works
• Give our offer to customers for their clothing, handling questions professionally and positively so they have a great experience whether or not we accepted their clothing

Requirements:

• Everything above in addition to
• Strong eye for fashion and current styles, understanding what is likely to sell to teens and young adults
• Able to complete tasks quickly and efficiently
• Able to communicate clearly with positivity and empathy to our customers
