Direct message the job poster from NAM Info Inc Role: ServiceNow Platform Automation Lead Location: Atlanta GA (1-2 days onsite in a week) Full Time Position Must have skills: ServiceNow, Now Assist and CSM exp Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of experience Proven experience in platform automation and strategic planning. Experience implementing ServiceNow’s Automation Engine software. Experience implementing ServiceNow’s Now Assist software. Expertise in automation tools and technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities • Formulate and implement automation strategies. • Assess and optimize existing processes for automation. • Evaluate and deploy automation tools and technologies. • Collaborate with IT, operations, and other departments. • Establish metrics for user adoption and effectiveness. • Comprehensive automation strategy document • Regular stakeholder presentations on automation impacts and improvements. • Quarterly progress reports on automation initiatives Preferred Qualifications/ Skills • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • High energy, results driven person with strong interpersonal skills. • Highly disciplined and motivated, able to work independently. • Excellent organizational skills. • Strong leadership skills would be added advantage.
