Membership Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Membership Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for growing our memberships and creating exceptional experience for current and prospective members. Job Description: Provide exceptional customer service to all our members and guests and get them excited about reaching their fitness goals Constantly look to improve your sales skills to sell memberships. Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through proactive outreach, walk-ins, and referrals. Constantly look to self-generate leads and fill your sales funnel. Conduct gym tours for prospective members, highlighting the value and benefits of our services Achieve and exceed monthly goal quota. You will create an energetic and friendly environment for all members You will share your knowledge and passion for fitness by educating new members on our membership types, features, and amenities You will create excitement and interest for our clubs with prospects over the phone and in person Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through proactive outreach and walk-ins. Build long-term memberships and build referral base. Stay up to date on company pricing and promotions Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members Participate in local community events and partner promotions to boost membership sales. Help enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring faciling is clean and safe Qualifications: Previous sales experience in fitness membership sales preferred Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services Previous sales experience preferredwith a proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals Musthaveanentrepreneurialspirit Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary Excellent verbal and written communication skills Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition Personal passion for health and fitness Enjoy working within a team Strong time management skills and practices CPR Certification or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of being hired Basic computer proficiency Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a non-exempt full-time position with varied hours based on business needs. This position requires some mornings, evenings, and weekend hours.
