Gastroenterologist/Transplant Hepatologist

Swedish is seeking a full‑time, board‑certified/eligible Gastroenterology & Transplant Hepatology physician to join the Swedish Digestive Health Institute & Organ Transplant Program. This is one of the largest Liver Transplant programs in the Pacific Northwest and its continuing to grow. Swedish Gastroenterology is a 20‑physician, ten‑mid‑level‑provider employed group with a growing consultative practice that combines tertiary and quaternary referral care, including liver transplantation, therapeutic ERCP/EUS, POEM and deep enteroscopy, with GI care for a large, well‑established Primary Care network all in and around Seattle in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Qualifications & Responsibilities Must be board‑eligible/board‑certified in Gastroenterology Board certification in Transplant Hepatology is desirable but not required Open to applicants who have completed a Hepatology Fellowship after internal medicine residency Opportunity for professional growth Combination outpatient and inpatient position involving mix of office and in‑hospital consultations Hospital call supported by nighttime nurse triage phone service ERCP and EUS skills not required Hospital medicine and all major subspecialty support available Compensation is between $397,149 and $668,314 per year Benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement; CME benefits may also be available Location & Work Environment Swedish Medical Group is an integrated team of more than 1,300 physicians and advanced practice clinicians serving the greater Seattle area.
