About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Physician – General Medicine to perform  non-treatment Compensation & Pension (C&P) exams and Separation Health Assessments for Veterans. This is a  PRN, ongoing locum opportunity with flexible scheduling and quick onboarding.

• No prescribing

• No treatment

• Primarily interview-based exams with limited physical assessments

• Local candidates only

Coverage Model

• Own office required

• Provider’s office must be  within a 25-mile radius of Spooner, WI.

• Exams conducted in provider’s office

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted  Wisconsin license

• Proficient in  METs testing , respiratory & cardiovascular evaluations

• Willing to complete  DMA training (certification required prior to exams)

• Must own a  non-Apple (Windows-based) laptop

• Must have  own office

• NPDB Self-Query (within last 30 days)

• CV must include  current home address
