As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients to improve their physical mobility and functional independence. You will be part of a collaborative team that offers a wide range of rehabilitation services, ensuring comprehensive care for all patients.

• Evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions affecting mobility and independence
• Provide acute and swing bed rehab, as well as outpatient services
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans
• Travel to multiple points of care as needed
• Maintain a current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required
• Need 1 year experience in setting
