Work multiple stations (wings, grill, apps, expo) with confidence
Keep a clean, organized, and stocked station at all times
Communicate with FOH and BOH to keep tickets flowing
Step in wherever needed— team first, always

Kitchen Standards (Non-Negotiables)
Show up on time and ready to work every shift
Maintain a clean station throughout your shift—not just at close
Complete all shift closing duties: stocked, cleaned, and ready for the next team
Support the team during peak hours—no stepping away during rushes
