Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center in West Orange, NJ seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide resident-centered care in a skilled nursing and rehab setting. The OT will evaluate and treat short-term rehab and long-term care residents, focusing on ADL retraining, functional mobility, cognition, and safety to maximize independence and quality of life. Responsibilities include creating personalized treatment plans, accurate EMR documentation, active participation in IDT meetings, and clear communication with residents and families.
