Licensed Therapist

Rula Health is seeking a Licensed Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care via telehealth. In this remote role, you will provide individual psychotherapy to a diverse client population, conduct thorough assessments, and create collaborative treatment plans grounded in best practices. You’ll document care in our EHR, coordinate with psychiatrists and other providers, and use measurement-based tools to track progress. Key Responsibilities Provide individual telehealth psychotherapy to a diverse adult and/or adolescent caseload. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing risk assessments. Develop, implement, and update evidence-based, goal-oriented treatment plans. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR in accordance with legal and payer standards. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and care coordinators to support integrated care. Use measurement-based care tools to monitor outcomes and adjust treatment as needed. Participate in clinical consultations, trainings, and case reviews to support quality of care. Adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for telehealth, privacy, and clinical practice.
