As a key member of the development team, you'll focus on building, testing, and supporting management and configuration solutions for our private cloud offering.We need a proactive, team-oriented problem solver who thrives in fast paced environments. The individual and team goal will be to develop and maintain high-quality software aligned with user needs and business objectives.****Work location for this position is in our Palo Alto, CA office. Must have legal authorization to work in the US.********Responsibilities***** Lead within an Agile team to design, review, and deliver high-quality, well-tested code that meets business requirements.* Solve complex technical challenges by implementing robust, high-standard software solutions.* Commit to delivering stories and tasks within the sprint.* Develop automated test cases to validate integrated / end-to-end functionality.* Actively communicate and collaborate within the team and across functional boundaries.* Drive opportunities to increase efficiency, security, and product quality through best practices.* Interact with support teams to handle customer issues.****Requirements***** Bachelor's degree in a software related field and 8+ years of experience or Master's degree in a software related field and 6+ years of experience.* Extensive experience with Python, Java, libraries, and asynchronous programming.* Strong experience with Linux operating systems.* Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).* Solid understanding of networking concepts, security, and system administration.* Experience developing scalable systems with high availability.* Experience in configuration management and infrastructure automation technologies like Salt and Ansible.* Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/GitHub Actions).* Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.* Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, software design patterns and distributed systems fundamentals.* Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.* Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.* Ability to learn, apply, and integrate with various technologies.**Additional Job Description:****Compensation and Benefits**The annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $192,000.As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
