Position Overview
The Rental Admin position is responsible for collecting rents, filing evictions, working with tenants on payments and other administration projects.
General Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Office
o Managing payroll
o Monitor Overtime
o Updating job financials
o Inputting financial data into the construction database
o Inputting financial data into the work order database
Property Management
o Rent Collection – current and past
o Bank Deposits
o Keeping Appfolio - property management software system current with tenant information and payments
o Managing the Eviction process
o Job Tracking/Invoicing
o Communicate with Property Owners
·. Preferred Qualifications
· 3 years of office experience
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Ability to work in a high stress environment
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
