What Youll Do as an Assistant Manager: Lead and run shifts as an Assistant Manager to ensure high-quality washes and outstanding customer serviceCoach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagementSupport daily operations and ensure all Assistant Manager responsibilities are executed efficientlyMaintain compliance with operational standards, safety procedures, and equipment guidelinesStay informed on products, services, and promotions to drive sales and membership growthAssist in achieving site goals, KPIs, and overall business performancePerform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout your shift
