Urgent Care Physician & Medical Director - Northeast Wisconsin

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin

Our organization is in search of a dedicated and skilled physician to fulfill a dual role as both an Urgent Care Physician (0.9 FTE) and Medical Director of Urgent Care (0.1 FTE) . This position presents a distinctive chance to merge clinical practice with leadership , overseeing a talented team in a dynamic, patient-focused environment.

We seek a physician who is enthusiastic about providing exceptional care and is adept at leading and mentoring fellow providers in a cooperative setting.

Position Highlights

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)

  • 0.9 Clinical duties

  • 0.1 Medical Director responsibilities

• Schedule: 40 hours/week

  • 8-12 hour shifts

• Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (7 days/week)

• No on-call duties

• Rotating weekend shifts

• Average patient volume: 30-40 patients daily

• Team-based approach: Typically 1-2 APCs per shift

Practice Details

• Leadership position supporting the Urgent Care provider team

• Fast-paced setting with a diverse range of patient cases

• Collaborative care model with robust APP support

Onsite Services

• Physical Therapy

• Ultrasound

• Behavioral Health

• Occupational Health

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in:

  • Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine

• Graduate of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program

• Eligible for and capable of maintaining unrestricted licensure

• Must meet all medical staff requirements

• Required certifications: PALS, ACLS, ATLS

• Preferred: Demonstrated interest or experience in clinical leadership
