The YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative at the Alpharetta YMCA location. You will provide excellent service to members and guests, greet and welcome visitors, and support membership and program registrations in person and over the phone. You will also respond to inquiries, maintain privacy, and uphold safety and training standards in a busy branch environment.
