Program Manager, Marketing Technology and AI Personalization

About the Opportunity

A high-growth organization is building out its marketing technology and personalization capabilities and needs an experienced Program Manager to lead the charge. This is a cross-functional role sitting at the intersection of sales, marketing, data science, and engineering, with direct visibility to senior leadership.

What You'll Own

Program Leadership: Manage a portfolio of concurrent sales and marketing technology initiatives from strategy through delivery, maintaining roadmaps, defining success metrics, and keeping stakeholders aligned.

Requirements and Business Analysis: Facilitate working sessions across business and technical teams to surface requirements and translate them into clear user stories and functional specs.

Cross-Functional Execution: Serve as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, data science, operations, engineering, and external partners to keep programs moving and dependencies managed.

Executive Communication: Own stakeholder relationships at the leadership level, delivering regular updates, risk assessments, and decision support.

Governance and Reporting: Build and maintain governance frameworks, track KPIs including ROI, engagement lift, and project velocity, and produce executive-ready dashboards and presentations.

Risk Management: Get ahead of risks before they become issues and escalate with context and a point of view when needed.

Process and Methodology: Champion Agile practices and continuous improvement across the program management function.

What You Bring

5 or more years of program or project management experience with a focus on marketing technology, CRM, or personalization. Hands-on familiarity with platforms like Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or HubSpot. Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and presenting to executive audiences. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, or MS Project.

A Plus if You Have

Background in FinTech or SaaS. Exposure to AI and machine learning driven personalization tools like Optimizely. PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification. Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or similar data privacy frameworks.
