Compensation: $1909 - $2300 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

In this role as a Registered Nurse, you will leverage your clinical skills to provide exceptional care for patients at a Level 1 Trauma Center. Your responsibilities will include working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, administering medications and treatments, and crafting tailored care plans. Your critical thinking abilities and capacity to address concerns effectively will be essential in ensuring patient safety and improving the overall patient experience.

• Implement the nursing process to care for patients in the ICU and Step-Down ICU
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with nursing standards and state regulations
• Document patient care following established standards
• Create and implement individualized patient care plans
• Engage in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance
• Offer clinical expertise and support to other units and departments
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Current Illinois Nursing License, CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; verification of education is necessary
