Job Req ID 28111 Job Summary Immediate opening for an Engineering Technician to join our server team. Engineering Technician will become a key support on enabling HPC server technology, support validation effort, and manage materials. We are seeking someone with strong technical skills to support product and system server team for product development and customer solution. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Perform in-depth evaluation of applications and feedback to engineering teams on how to optimize products. Able to manage multiple tasks and projects. Support the coordination of operational activities from product kick-off to product launch. Support team to meet TTM mandates. Support product quality improvement during design and manufacturing stages. Support technical issues to closure by arranging resources and engaging with other engineering team to debug. Serve as third level technical support and provide pre/post-sales support. Qualifications High School Diploma required, with a minimum of 2 years of related experience preferred. Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment. Demonstrate strong organizational and planning skills. Demonstrate understanding on how to successfully work in cross-functional organizations. Ability to lead extended teams and meet deadlines. Understanding of GPU server technology and related applications preferred. Analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation skills), and ability to negotiate effectively. Excellent knowledge of server systems, PC systems, and computer architecture. Salary Range $28.00 - $30.50 / hour. The salary offered will depend on several factors, including location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
