Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day business operations, including performance, billing, and P&L. Hold weekly syncs with Operations Managers and Team Leads, and conduct one‑on‑one coaching and development with Team Members as needed. Meet with Senior Management and clients as required to support business growth. Interview Operations Managers, Team Leads, and Quality Analysts, and promote department culture. Drive operations scaling, performance management, and employee retention. Ensure KPIs are met consistently and solve business problems through innovation (e.g., CSAT, AHT, resolution rate). Requirements Two‑plus years of experience as a Senior Operations Manager, or seven‑plus years of experience as an Operations Manager in a customer experience environment. BA/BS degree preferred.
